Collectively, the Website and App are referred to as the "Platform".
References to "we", "us", "our", or "NMPL" refer to the Platform and/or Nduat Masti Pvt. Ltd. Any references to "you" or "user" refer to any individual or entity using our Platform. We will not use or share your information with anyone except as described in this Privacy Policy.
This Privacy Policy is part of and should be read with the Talksy Terms of Use ("Terms"). By using the Platform, you agree to the terms of this Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Platform.

4. Payment
We use Razorpay for processing payments. We/Razorpay do not store your card data on their servers. The data is encrypted through the Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard (PCI-DSS) when processing payment. Your purchase transaction data is only used as long as is necessary to complete your purchase transaction. After that is complete, your purchase transaction information is not saved.
Our payment gateway adheres to the standards set by PCI-DSS as managed by the PCI Security Standards Council, which is a joint effort of brands like Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover.

Your data is stored securely using AWS or Google Cloud servers, which may be located in India or abroad. These providers comply with best-in-class security standards.

The Platform may use embedded services (e.g., YouTube, Google Maps) governed by their own privacy policies. We do not control how third-party services handle your data.

We may send service-related messages via SMS, email, or app notifications. These are essential and cannot be opted out of unless you delete your account.

We use cookies to maintain session of your user. It is not used to personally identify you on other websites.

By using this site, you represent that you are at least 18 years of age or the age of majority in your state or province of residence. Individuals under 18 are strictly prohibited from using Talksy.

14. Call & Voice Recording
Note: This section applies only to audio — specifically in-app voice calls and voice messages. It does not include video or images; we do not record video or capture images as part of call recording.
Do we record calls or voice messages? With your explicit consent, the Platform may record in-app voice calls or voice messages.
Purpose: Recordings are collected only for limited purposes such as improving product features, enhancing call quality, training and improving speech/voice features, moderation, and troubleshooting.
Confidentiality & third parties: We do not disclose call or voice recordings to third parties for their own use. Recordings are accessed only by authorized personnel on a need-to-know basis and may be shared with our service providers solely to the extent necessary to provide the Services (e.g., secure storage or processing) and only under contractual obligations to protect your data. We will disclose recordings to law enforcement or as required by law when compelled by a valid legal process.
Consent & controls: You will be asked to provide explicit consent before any recording takes place. You can withdraw consent for future recordings via the App settings; revoking consent will not affect recordings made prior to withdrawal.
Storage & retention: Recordings are stored securely and retained only for as long as necessary to meet the purposes described above or as required by law. We routinely delete or anonymize recordings that are no longer needed for feature improvement or legal purposes.
How to request access or deletion: To request access to, correction of, or deletion of recorded audio associated with your account, contact us at [email protected]. We will respond in accordance with applicable law.
