Talksy is an 18+ social communication platform. Individuals under the age of 18 are strictly prohibited from creating accounts or using the service.
Zero-Tolerance Policy
Talksy maintains a zero-tolerance policy toward Child Sexual Abuse and Exploitation (CSAE) and Child Sexual Abuse Material (CSAM). Any content, behavior, or activity that involves the sexual exploitation, grooming, solicitation, or endangerment of minors is strictly forbidden.
Prohibited Content and Behavior
Users may not:
- Share, create, upload, or distribute content involving minors in a sexual context
- Engage in grooming, sextortion, trafficking, or exploitation
- Attempt to sexualize or harm a minor in any way
Violations will result in immediate removal of content, permanent suspension of accounts, and reporting to relevant law enforcement authorities where required.
